Professional background

I am an attorney and a certified public accountant who has worked in public accounting and the private practice of law as well as having been a CFO and General Counsel for established companies and start-ups. I am a US citizen with a UK work visa. I mostly live in Leeds but still maintain a residence in the US (Boston area).
