With a background in business management and advanced training in Lean Six Sigma (Green & Black Belt) and Agile methodologies, I’ve consistently delivered data-driven improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and high-impact operational solutions at a European scale.

Throughout my career, I’ve led supplier-management transformation programs, launched process-control mechanisms, and coordinated complex operational workflows in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
